Queer Britain community heritage workshops

During research for The Quilt podcast series, we held eight community workshops for LGBTQ+ people who wanted to see themselves as part of queer history. Through listening, creative responses, and conversation, participants from Cornwall to Glasgow, from Belfast to Norwich, enjoyed our distinctive workshop format. Participants were financially supported to come, and their insights led to Queer Britain museum producing a guide on how other heritage institutions could better serve LGBTQ+ people.
