Our directors Tash and Adam are doing a national tour of 14 dates and places this February-March, to mark the publication of their co-authored book, The Log Books: Voices of Queer Britain and the Helpline that Listened.
The book is out now, and takes off from the podcast of the same name, made in partnership with Switchboard – the LGBTQ+ Helpline.
The tour dates include Newquay and Glasgow, Folkestone and Leeds, and so many more! Tash and Adam will be in conversation with other writers and speakers during the tour, including Elizabeth Lovatt and Kit Heyam, whose book Before We Were Trans was a huge inspiration on The Log Books.
You can find out more info about the different events, and book tickets to attend here.
Aunt Nell is hoping that the events will bring queer people out to meet each other and hear more stories from the book – but also to meet each other, especially across generations. We’re also planning some more intimate ‘story circles’ in some of the venues, in addition to the book events, to bring queer people together to share and listen. If you’d like us to do this in your town or city too, get in touch.
See you soon!
